Vintage and unique shoes are great sellers. These yellow clogs jumped right out at me, and I sold them for a lot more than an identical pair on Etsy!
As a new seller, having to ship something was stressful. Over the years, it’s become the easiest part of my eBay process. It means I just got paid!
As a thanks to my readers, be on the lookout for a give away on this Thursday!
DVDs aren’t as popular as they used to be. We like having a sense of ownership, and an electronic download (or stream) just isn’t tangible. Some DVDs are still worth something, though – Sealed DVD Box Sets!
eBay’s no hassle return program has a good side and a bad side. The good is that you don’t have to go back and forth with the customer. I’ll be traveling a bit this year, and the added stress of messaging buyers with a “sorry this will be late” or the impact to my eBay DSR is just too much. Instead, I’ve extended my handling time to 2 days on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving so I can just ship any sales out on Monday morning!
Let’s continue on this geek train! We’ve talked about Dungeons and Dragons, video games (and actually, that wasn’t my first time talking about video game re-sells), board games, and dorky clothing. Now we’re going to talk about some more books – manga!
I found out the other day that my college e-mail address is going to be removed. I haven’t used it officially in years, but originally, it was my eBay contact e-mail. I figured now would be a great time to look back and see what my first item that I sold on eBay was!
Warning: this post is geek level. So, I’m going to be honest here. I’ve played Dungeons and Dragons before. Mostly it involved food, snacks, and friends. Just to push the stereotypes to the side, there were even girls there too (including my wife and her sister)! We had a great time, made up some neat stories, and it’s something I …
